For the old and outdated CTGP 2.*, there exists a ISO converter made by me (posted it in several forums).

thank you wiimm for the work involved to give us this custom distribution! but i have a question, why dont you remove the buttons from the MK menu, which says "dont use" and "the gp destroys save data" ?
