So what I say is, Nintendo's Apps (Like eShop) have full control over Arm9 and Arm11 right? 'Cause without that, the eShop would never be able to install apps to the NAND. So, if anyone can find out how the apps do that or at least how the eShop does, then it would be possible for the Homebrew Launcher to access the NAND, right? Correct me if I'm wrong, and this is just my opinion, not any fact and this may be a possibility...

Anyways, I hope nobody spams on this thread at least.....:mellow::mellow:

No. eShop is totally patched. HANS can't access it on FW >10.4. I'm saying if someone could find how the eShop works so that it can be implemented on 11.0 FW for installing CIAs. So we need to know how the eshop interacts with 11.0 Arm9 & Arm11.

well you don't have control over the kernel though with out an exploit the 3ds only lets certain apps like the eshop have that access

problem is is that those are permissions given by the hardware, there's no way to create an unofficial software with those same permissions
well if hans worked with the eshop you could inject some thing into it and then it may have those permissons

Like what access?
As a general rule of thumb, if you're dealing with a server, it's going to be harder to do anything like you're thinking. Tricking your 3ds alone to install stuff it shouldn't is one thing, tricking the nintendo servers is a completely different thing.

Yeah. Thing is HANS doesn't work with the eShop on 11.0. If Smea releases its source code, then maybe it can be edited to do that stuff.

I think you're right. But again, what if we make a clone server?
