Still can't dump games with vitamin 2.0.

I'm trying to dump Project Diva X but I'm getting the C2-128128 error.

All of my savefiles are being deleted too, good thing I backed them up..

Can sum1 help me?

You know, Perhaps i would just ask, if is possible to just patch playstation store downloaded games on the system. Instead of having to dump and reinstall it to make the plugins like the rincheat and the steorids stuff work, it seem clearly this was made for retail games, not PSN games. So if a simple patch can be added to vitamin to just enable plugins, i would like that. :)

Clearly i may have said this more than once but there is no reason to dump a already installed game that could be over 2GB and require another 2GB of space to dump, wiith the chance it may not even work cause of incompatibility, even if it is for just plugins which are newly developed also may have issues.

Vitashell got updated as well to V0.95, if know had noticed you probably need this as well for further compatibility.

Edit: tbh I had not noticed this, until a bit ago when I realised something was wrong.

Yeah whatever that's nice and all but the real question is how do you pronounce "Vitamin 2.0"?
Like the console or like the pill?

Is it vee-tuh-men or vai-tuh-men?
I'm sure that is clever but we not tryin to be wii here, call it "Viitamin" If you want. But i prefer the way i was learned. WE have enough bogus naming with play on words with the wii and 3DS systems and games.:creep:

Wanna call the steroid plug in STIIREOID?

Buy game and try it yourself.
I plan to do so with games that interest me and the various tools that have been released.
I'm not expecting it to work, though.
Anyone have success with any game designed for firmware 3.50 or later (release date March 26, 2015 or later)?

This is quite exciting. I wanted to dump my collection with Vitamin 1.1, but found that it's incompatible with many of my games and I want proper dumps. This revision fixes that problem, so I'll be backing up all of my carts. :yay:

So to be clear, do I need to dump the dlc for killzone (bot zone)? Or will the dumped game automatically recognize the dlc? First time user here so be gentle

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
