I've used it and it does work on 11.0.0.33 for most games (including MH4U)that don't use EXT data for saves. all save EXPORTERS will be for use on the 3DS (look for .3dsx versions and not .cia files if you're on 11.0.0.33). It's a tad more clumsy than JKSV tho bc it doesn't export to subfolders, thus you have to delete the data from the previous game before exporting/importing another game's data. As APM said: just use the JKSV/MHGSV .3dsx versions instead.
Hope there's a tool or new update for this tool that can edit Arena Status on Guild Card, like changing the time, rank, and edit the weapon thathas been used. 
AMP said those will be added this weekend (prolly tomorrow?) Editing weapon used is kinda pointless tho. So I tried out the Palico you made @iSharingan and when I go into a mission the skills are removed. Completely untouched. Not sure why this happens. I will be at work today but I will check back here every so often while I am at work.
Update: My problem exactly, the cat is black and weird looking. It has the name you set and everything but the skills aren't set in the menu. Not sure why this happens.

I'll have to tweak it again. I tried updating it a step further from the one I'm currently using, so I might have overlooked something (and removing a duplicate bomb/heat resist skill left over from the charisma cat version)
Maybe. Also is there a way to openly hex edit a cats base stats? That thought never occurred to me until I looked at the cat you uploaded. It has a base of 375 with the skills. Is there a way to modify that value itself?
^ Why do you keep asking questions like these? No you can't edit their base stats, they're hardcoded into the game, even if you tried editing it's level to like 51 the game will crash on you. The only way to get higher than normal stats is with NTR cheats and that's just changing the multiplier.
no. I have been through every byte of the palioc data. that stat comes from the combo of being level 50, Last Stand (+40 Attack, +40 defense, -all recovery acorns), and Worlds Strongest (+60% attacks, +100% defense when not wearing head/body armor). There was a rumor before about stats being editable, but literally the only ways I found to get higher is (1) change forte to Fighting (though that changes how the gauges build up, too, which nerfs effectiveness on the broken build here) or (2) set the level higher than 50 (254 max) though ofc this reverts to level 50 starting the moment you go on a quest (if the game doesn't crash first), so that's also useless unless we can find a way to raise the palico level cap beyond 50 without simply bandaiding with NTR cheats
anyway, I found my derp in the actions, so the cat has been fixed (and the other post's zip replaced) here it is again for those who don't want to hunt it down again.

Anyone know the eq id for the dark meowgic stuff. I put roll of fate in box but it is still greyed out at palico armory for some reason.
