Hacking Can we hax a 3ds easily with another already haxed 3ds ?

Then yes, and actually you can hackit easily, you will have to:

• Get an Ocarina of time cartridge or any other exploitable cartridge.
• Launch Homebrew launcher.
• Update it to 9.2 using PlaySysUpdater.
• Setup Emunand.
• Unlink Nands.
• Install FBI on Emunand.
• Install Homebrew Launcher.cia
• Profit!

EDIT: Looks like I have a sooo bad luck that even my 2ds's version is under what we need.

Your system version is easily hackable. You just need a working Wi-Fi module to hack it easily. Once you get Wi-Fi working, it is highly recommended you follow this easy guide:

This should work, but OP cannot unlink NANDs properly without internet.
