Japanese text in shirt needs translation

Hi all,

I got a shirt with weird fonted Japanese magazine style text on it, which I find hard to translate. Can someone help me? My Japanese is very awful, so I can't read that font.

Idk what the first line is trying to say, the sounds are "ku su to re be ru, but the second one says "cool kid"

The line on the left, as far as I can tell, says "Next Quest level [+36]" (次クストレベル [+36], shi ku su to re be ru), but I'm really bad at Japanese, so someone else can probably fix it up (shouldn't it be クエスト instead of クスト, though?). Hopefully I'm not totally wrong.

just like chinese stuff can have bad english, i have also seen cheap chinese things have bad japanese, so yeah i guess it could just be a typo for quest lol
