You could try the newest build of emunand9 but I don't know if thats recommended so its an "at your own risk" sort of thing.

I'd try recopying the emunand9 files from one of the previous steps.

I just want to use cia to get games

Then start slow with a emunand eg. No future protection but if you aren't completely stupid and dont update your sysNAND than nothing will happen. You have most of the stuff you would need on emunand like installing Cias and is much safer

is this a troll thread? It might not be and im sorry if its not, but this hits every base of a troll thread. Bad english, asking for downgrade files, specifically skype which nobody uses, wanting to pirate games, having way too many issues, using the word jailbreak, constantly bumping the thread every few minutes etc...... Somethin's reeeeal fishy. That or unbelieveable hype for federation force so much though that you lost the ability to use half your brain.

I wouldn't recommend using another program than what the guide suggests but there is the Emunandtool but its a windows application.

You might've gotten a partial downgrade, so you could try downgrading again.

Are you trying to run it from within emunand? if so that won't work.

Keep trying open emunand9.... if you can't, re downgrade again and pay attention if your downgrade was successful
