The reason it doesn't is because you made two threads that are both currently on the front page with the first one being from multiple bumps
1. Nobody even reads the forum section the first one was made in, but I didn't care.
2. I AM AT SERIOUS RISK HERE. I DON'T WANNA SCREW UP AND RUIN MY MARIO KART WII DISC I GOT JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO.
3. Rather than complaining, HELP ME! Unless you don't have knowledge of the situation, then you don't have to, but at least don't bitch about it!

1. Why aren't I getting replies then? :/
2. Report the thread? Why, because nobody will help me?
3. I waited like 30 minutes and I don't have 1 reply (at least not one by me, but that's beside the point.)
4. I could still brick my game by turning off the power. I want to be safe.

1. One in a while and people don't necessarily know
2. Because now you have another one.
3. Wait more.
4. Is that actually possible??? Is it not just READING from the disc? I believe I've done it before but I can't say for sure

1. Like you said, my post is at the top of the page. It's the first non-sticky post they'll most likely see.
2. Who knows how ripping Wii games work!

I doubt you'll brick your game is that even possible lmao just search around a bit if ya wanna be safe. It wouldn't make sense to write to the wii disc anyway because it's not allowed all space is exactly allocated for the game so you won't brick don't worry

So you waited around 20-30 minutes between bumping your thread.
And most people ignore it because it's vague and silly.

Doesn't matter where the usb stick came from.
Version of the software matters

Writing to a read only pressed dvd basically, most people notice the difference.

Since holding power button down doesn't work in vWii mode,
unplug and repeat.

Your USB Stick probably screwed it up

You won't brick your wii u and you won't ruin your disc by unplugging. Ripping data from a read only disc to a USB or SD won't hurt anything if it fails.

On a side note, I wouldn't recommend creating threads then getting pissed off after 30 min with no reply. Nobody is obligated to help you. We all have lives too.
