Not sure what is causing this but, when I go to club tortimer and try to go on a tour, even without NTR on it automatically departs for the tour when I sit down leaving the other people gone. Is anyone else experiencing this?

That's just how tours work on Club tortimer. You have to wait for everyone that wants to go to sit down before you sit down.

Offline seeder was easy. This one was hard because it is an exploit, where it is very overlooked upon.

Think a sec... You can plant trees the normal way in other towns, so you don't need to be the host.

Nope, that doesn't work, tried it a while back, it just freezes your game and brings you back to the home menu with an error...

Nope. Your friend's 3DS has the upper authority on what changes are made in the town. Using any environment cheats will not work in a different town, and if there is a way, I'm not going to include it in my plugin because I don't want to be responsible for vandalism.
