I'm interested on this one, is it possible now to make plugins for a different region without too much alteration on memory addresses?

No, if the code don't have the same address between regions, then it won't work.
You can't just "port" a code, you need to create it on the other region.

-StreetPass Mii Plaza (USA) : some cheat working like Plaza tickets and 999998 hits, but if you turn on all cheat and play find mii, it will force to restart the system ( two times test and giving the same result on n3ds) )

And I have some request about this game cheat..

due to the cheat you already create that contain only code for lvl.max warrior of light, I want to requst .plg cheat for all other character. (Which is more that 60 code, but I don't mind if you split it in two .plg files because I can just activate one, save then replace with the second .plg, run and save again)
