This new 2D Sonic title is coming out in 2017 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC, and will be developed by Christian Whitehead, and appears to be a completely new title!

actually this looks fantastic, bit a bit of a shame sega/somic team couldn't have done it themselves.
it's not like niantic (i think that's the name) making pokemon go, because that was new and on mobile and they have experience with that.

sega has made loads of sonic games... why can't they do this... anyway, at least someone is making it! much cooler than sonic 4 lol.
