delete arm9loaderhax.bin and the luma folder.
now put the new arm9loaderhax and the luma folder.
boot the 3ds with the sd inserted.
select those options with the arrow keys and the A button.
Then press start

This is where I do everything when I start up my ds it's normal and from there I go to Internet browser and run a site which takes me to this.

are you using menuhax?
remove the sd card from the 3ds and then boot the 3ds.
tell me what happens

okay, you're probably using menuhax and you don't even have arm9loaderhax.
on the sd card, delete the boot.3dsx and replace it with the boot.3dsx located in the menuhax folder in the zip I sent you

I'm sure. It might not work because I don't think I ever had luma to begin with.

The sd is inserted, I have a 2ds with 11, I don't have a gateway or scdstwo, my friend has a gateway, and i think the emnand is CFW 11.

how are you booting cfw?
does it boot without the sd with hacks loaded?
with this I mean without the sd being able to load pirated games

So to boot cfw I open this link on Internet browser and that link opens up a menu with I sent a pic of and from there it lets be boot emunand. And I need the sd in the 3ds to do it
