You know you can get in serious legal trouble if you release this anywhere (non eshop) right? This isn't another game on thay iso site this would be breaking an NBA.

You could get in trouble for leaking tons of copyrighted and confidential content (*cough* ryanrocks *cough*), and you could get in trouble for redistributing commercial games. But most of the time, you'll never be caught. And although this is on a higher scale than simply redistributing a commercial game (probably), I find it highly unlikely she'll be discovered, tracked down, and prosecuted before anyone else who does practically the same thing will.

Well, even though Ryan isn't breaking the NDA, he is violating copyright laws. And honestly, I don't think I've ever heard of someone getting sued after uploading to that ISO site. Typically, you need to do more to get yourself noticed - and even if you are, the odds of Nintendo ever tracing it back to you are in your favor so much so that it isn't even fair for Nintendo. Regardless, it's already been uploaded:

if you put fake info in developer portal idk how they can get you in to trouble if they don't really know who you are and where you live no on really uses their real name on gba temp

On topic, this is very cool. I think you are putting yourself in a very bad position using Nintendos developer tools though. I would like to see this finished but if you are concerned for your safety you are breaking the NDA which is super illegal and unlike pira err backups they know who you are and have every right to pursue you legally if they want.

this should work on old 3ds 3ds to theirs a build option for old plus new 3ds and its a 2d game so i guess it won't lag much on old 3ds
