Hacking Puyo Puyo Tetris for Wii U (region lock)

So I am relatively new to Loadiine and I heard that it is possible to play games that are not of the same region as your system. If so, how do I go about doing this?

If not, then is it possible for me to dump Puyo Puyo Tetris with the Title Dumper again and play it digitally through Loadiine? I feel like I should be able to play this now that the Wii U has been modded.

Yes, it is possible to play any region game on any console (with some exceptions). Puyo Puyo Tetris is said to work in Mii Maker Mode, however, the compatibility list states:

"JPN Wii U: v16 works but v32 doesn't work (black screen)"

So if you're ever going to play this game on a Japanese console through Loadiine, just know that.

Yes. I play PPT on my USA Wii U.
