so I just download an iso and use that?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

also is about 500mb normal for mk8?

You don't download the ISO's. You put your copy of MK8 in your WiiU, then use ddd to dump your games over WiFi.

The modding scene here hasn't matured enough to find a way to dump perfect ISO files like the Wii can, so finding dumps like that as ISO files isn't easy, or not even possible.

You're better of with the PC version for now ;)
I don't really play it just the smallest game I could find on "my wii u"

what do you mean? cemu says it supports iso files and I'm d̶o̶w̶n̶l̶o̶a̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ dumping a nsmb u iso right now (1.1gb)

Those were all dumped with a unique drive modification that will most likely never be released to the public

Ask this guy at youtube, then. He even made a video =P

Thanks but I don't want to join Google Plus just to ask one question. I hate Google Plus so I have no way to contact him. :X

Are you telling us the truth ? Dumping or downloading ? HMMM! :)

Why not just add what You want to launchbox, i did, by making shortcuts you just delete current cemu files but leave the shortcut, game image file/folder, settings file and keys doc, with every update of cemu you just paste in games folder and in launchbox the shortcuts will still open fullscreen and work perfectly

Its the same if you have Rpx format of the game or loadiine (if you want to update the image file)

For eg - Mario Kart 8 (updated to latest version), i made shorcut and put this in

"E:\CONSOLE GAMES\WII U\MARIO KART 8\Cemu.exe" "E:\CONSOLE GAMES\WII U\MARIO KART 8\Mario Kart 8\data\code\Turbo.rpx" -f

With that i dont ever need to keep searching for the Rpx file to load the game and cemu will just launch fullscreen

As iv changed the game image Mario kart 8 from wux to Rpx iv named the folder/image Mario Kart 8

I have added the games but I just update the emulator they are opened with in launchbox when cemu is updated. I'm more about future proofing the use of my game collection as it takes way too much space and just keep it in storage. I used to have about 20 consoles hooked up but now I just have my PC hdmi'd(is that a word!?!) through the wall to the garage and only have my Wii u under the TV.

Why does everybody want to boot the home screen so badly?

That way we can attempt to boot miiverse and other system titles. At least I'm assuming that's why people want this.

Lolwut. Is this anything like the Dreamcast CD drive mod where you just turn a screw so much and it will play not just regionfree games, but any cd-r?
