Yea it requires people to buy new release then dump ther enctitlekeys.bin and upload it to the 3ds titlekeys site

If you want to contribute, why not buy one of the games you want to play and upload your titlekeys. Search google for 3ds titlekeys database and it should come up. There's instructions for using Decrypt9 to dump the file needed. If everybody bought 1 missing game and shared it, we'd have the whole 3DS library pretty soon!

Actually I would love too, except that 1) I am broke as hell. 2) All the games I do have are already uploaded.

Could anyone fork this to just download the tickets?
I need this because I am an entitled idiot who has done nothing to help the 3ds hacking scene other than ask silly questions while spamming up the 3ds homebrew and emulators forum even though I could've avoided all of that by doing a quick google search.

I didn't see anything about proper bug reporting but I thought I would share this in case the info could be useful for development.

Suspended freeshop and closed lid to enter sleep mode, no games downloading. Drained battery extremely quick.

Wasn't really intentional just something I noticed.
