Hacking Upgraded O3DS but can't run any CFW

Upgraded my o3dsxl to 9.2.0.20U from 4.2u which was using rxtools and ds profile. Everything went ok and created an emunand and installed menuhax as wanted a fresh install of everthing. After doing so every cfw I have tried just gives a black screen. Sysnand runs fine if I let it boot and can run hbl by pressing L on booting but have tried every cfw out there and just get a black screen. Luma does give me the setup menu but just a black screen afterwards. Did the same to a friends before and worked fine.

Try different SD card, recreate emuNand or you're extremely unlucky with your bootrate.

did you try luma 3ds? make sure you have the luma folder in your sd card root and use the .3dsx file to boot it.

not sure if it will make a difference but you can try to create emunand via gateway software

Yes. Tried all cfw and still get a black screen.

I had this exact same problem, with my Nephew's 3DS.

1. Did you have an EmuNand before you upgraded?
1A. Do you have an EmuNand backup?
2. Are you using the most recent versions of EmuNand9 and Decrypt9?

dude probably your emunand is booting menuhax, what i do is when setting menuhax, i leave a way of not running it( up+A) and run it by default so if this happens i can change the theme and remove menuhax from the emunand

He said he was booting menuhax by holding L, not the other way around.

Using all newest version of software. Did an o3ds with a friend and it worked. Also have done a n3ds and worked. This o3ds is the only one that doesn't want to boot into cfw for some reason.

Has anyone even bothered to see if it isn't the 9.2.0 update he did that could be frankenfirmwared or anything? Cause that could be a reason...idk

Try Downgrade Checker to see how is the NAND and stuff

Ok So how big is your SD card?
If 4GB+, then that is not the problem.

How I fixed this Problem is:
1. Make Backup of SD Card Files on Computer.
2.Launch Emunand9.
3.Select "Complete Rednand Setup"
4. After Setup finishes and returns to Emunand9 menu, press SELECT to unmount the SD Card, and plug it into your computer.
5. Copy Files from Backup back onto the SD Card.
6. eject SD Card and reinsert into 3DS, then press B.
7.Press START, it will then reboot your 3DS, you will need to hold the L button to launch the rest of the setup.
8.Once done, attempt Launching Luma3DS.
9.Dance With Joy if it works.

So more research and looks like I may have to install O3DS NATIVE90.cia to get this to work but not sure it should be on emunand.

If that doesn't work, I reccomend trying rednand, my nephew's 3DS was upgraded to 9.2 using the Official updater, and it would black screen on all cfws before I install a rednand.
