Hacking smashcustommusic.com not allowing uploads, how to get nusbank now?

as the title says, they are no longer allowing normal users to upload anymore. Is there a offline tool i can use?

You say upload Nus3bank files which I don't exactly understand why there's a need to upload one, but you can download them still. If you want to download the song as a Nus3bank, find the song you want, click the dropdown bar and select Smash Wii U, select any song, and then Download NUS3BANK will appear underneath. Just rename it whatever you want then.

because you upload a brstm and it converts it to a nusbank easly, i dont know how to make nusbanks

People like you are the reason why the uploads were disabled ._.

You can just make a brstm and use jam1garner's nus3bank editor. Takes no time at all.

There's no such option to open brstm, I don't see that

You have to open a nus3bank (be it either from the game's files, from smashcustommusic, you name it) and then import a brstm. If it asks you to remove loop points, press no. Then click through whatever else is left, save and rename your nus3bank to whatever you want. That's all.

I didn't even know smashcustommusic had that option. But their are easy editors out there...

Yes, but that requires sm4shexplorer and a dump of the game.
