Am I reading it right that Nintendont retroactively allows certain GC games to use the Wiimote?

That is exceedingly awesome if true, how does one go about this and what titles have you tried it on?

Does it work with Luigis Mansion as that is one game I always thought would have benefited from that style of play.

Nintendont let's you use a Wiimote/clasic controller/gamecube controller with gc adapter/ps3 controller. the wiimote works just like a normal controller it does not let you use motion control or the pointing at the screen thingy.

FALSE- there is a wiimote+nunchuck combo that allows wiimote aiming on nintendont for a very long time it was made for the GC fps.

basicaly nintendont allows every game to be played with every controller that is supported but there is a catch.

wiimote alone doesnt work you need

wiimote+CC+

wiimote+nunchuk

wiimote+ccpro

solo wiimote doesnt work.

Great, so how exactly does that work and one achieve that? Is it a special build of Nintendont as I haven't seen those kind of options on my regular version?

AH that explains it I hate FPS games that why I probably didn't know about that.

Why would you want to play smash GC game with anything but a GC controller? I think the gamecube controller is the best controller out there. But you have your options I guess
