Homebrew Can't Open Decrypt9 (Luma CFW Firm 11.0)

I just updated the app to see if it was due to it being outdated, however I still can't seem to open it. Whenever I choose decypt9 from HBL it will flash red and boot me back to the HBL.

What is the cause of this?

Why not run it as a payload? Try holding L while booting the CFW to load the 9.0 FIRM.

I honestly don't recall what the payload buttons are, I installed this months ago while it was still called aureinand 2.0

Holding L does nothing

Put Decrypt9.bin in the payloads folder, and rename it to start_D9.bin. Hold Start while booting Luma to open Decrypt9.

If anyone Googles and finds this topic, you can't run Decrypt9 from homebrew on firmware greater than 9.2 as it can't get permissions.
