Making a homebrew isn't as easy as "I want dis, dis is now made." You people with skills and knowledge, as well as a willingness to make this project. 99% of homebrew devs are just random people making stuff they want for free and maybe like 1% paid commission if someone is willing to fork it over. Nonetheless, it still requires someone who not only knows how to make it, but is willing to make it.
Otherwise, just buy a Wii U and play the real game.

To be honest, I'm still kinda surprised you tried saying "yourself" as two words. I mean, sure, "your self" can be used in a certain context, but this isn't one of them.
As for the request, I don't think anyone would want to start a somewhat large-scale project for a single person (especially if said person isn't exactly very nice), unless if there's popular demand.
