CIAngel can fetch wings.json, it can filter by region, it can install tickets only, and it can create CIAs without installing them.

Ip ban wouldn't help in most cases (my ip changes every 36 hours)

I got speeds of almost 1 mb/s in my O3ds. Very satisfactory. Great work!

I haven't checked larger games to time it, perhaps someone else can if they have time. From the little I have done, I think freeShop may be slightly faster installing, but I could be wrong. There's no reason it can't be just as fast as eshop, and there may be some reason for it to be faster.

Also i don't understand enckey should be in: sd/freeshop/directory.
What is directory?

Freeshop directory...it means the freeshop folder

Well i putted it like that : sd root/freeshop and i've got a withe screen when booted freeshop.

Try renaming the folder to freeShop and see if it does anything?

Did it download the cache when you ran it (making the sd:/freeShop/cache/data.json file)?
