You don't need any of the cia files if you already installed them. Also see the picture at the bottom of this page for everything you absolutely need for a9lh + luma.

Is this your SD card? In which case you can remove all the CIAs that you've already installed onto your system. You can just keep them on your PC in case you need them again but there's no point keeping them on your card.

That should already free up loads of space

No. It's one of the ram dumps that gets spit out when NTRCFW fails to load.
