@Exzap @Petergov Thank you, and great job again to these fast and efficient update,
We found a small problem with the Xbox 360 trigger (to version 1.5.1), the trigger ZL does not work if we remain pressing on ZR,

For example, in Mario Kart 8 if we hold a banana remaining press ZL and we jump with ZR, we automatic drop the banana.

Edit: with ZR = RT xbox trigger
and ZL = LT xbox trigger

You serious? Bayo2 was already 40-60fps in cutscenes and 10-15fps in game and only doesn't boot after 1.5.0, Xenoblade has been 25-30fps in cutscenes and 15-20 fps in-game for ages. Meanwhile theres a handful of Mario titles that run nearly perfectly, multiplayer in several titles is now practical, and other titles such as Bayo1/DKC:TF/TPHD have been getting much better.

Optimization takes more time & their are so many things need to be done. which is why even cemu 3.0 won't make xenoblade x playable?

In dolphin Last story still runs slow & buggy.

Slow is still "playable". The word you are looking for is "perfect", not "playable".
Take a look at TPHD though, earlier this month it didn't even boot at all, now it's running at a constant 30fps will audio, there also isn't a major slowdown in Hyrule Field that was an issue in Dolphin.

That's fixed in Ishiiruka! ^^
Some games are exceptions. Xenoblade runs fine in Dolphin and Xenoblade X already is a rather smooth experience in Cemu.
As you said: It will take some time, but not as much time as you think!
This project went public 7 months ago, so we can assume that it was in development for around 10 months and what it does to this day is astounding for that period of time!
I'm confident with saying that Cemu will run the most prominent games at NX's launch day without any major issues! ;)

And don't forget, emulating the gamecube/wii is way harder as the specs was very weird. Audio I believe was stored in RAM is it? Idk but there was very weird methods to get the gamecube running properly hence why it was a nightmare for the team to develop back in 2005.

Fairly certain an i5 would do just as well, especially a Skylake one since the only difference really is hyperthreading

Yup. But personally, I'd rather have HT in my CPU when I need it than not having it at all.

@Exzap

I remember overclocking was somewhat benefitting a few fps in MK8 but since Cemu 1.3 or 1.4 and above, it seems like a 5GHz 4790K barely does anything. Is anyone else having this problem? Somehow I feel or think that the emulator is being bottleneck by something. I kind of doubt that my GTX 580 3GB is holding me back. However, I will get a 1080 Ti when it comes out.

If Cemu runs the most prominent games before NX's launch day it's great but highly unlikely.

It's definitely more than 10 months. They did so much ground up work & they were planning about cemu & doing wii-U research probably more than 1.5 years earlier.

does that not happen in the real game?

Wow, 1.5.1 is way faster in Super Mario 3d World.
Now my laptop is always at 60 fps even in intensive zones.
AVX is making the diference, it's getting hotter too

Could a Patreon user with 1.5.1 map their gamepad on Cemu, export it and upload it here? I am having trouble using my Xbox One controller on 1.5.0.
