Homebrew Bypassing 3DS System Bans

I was wondering if when you get banned on 3ds (I have not been myself) you could just restore a nand.bin and register a new nnid, and the ban would be cleared? Does this happen? If not, then is there another way to get unbanned, I am running a9lh 11.0 luma3ds

Nope. Restoring NAND does not unban. However, a simple SecureInfo_A modification can unban you.

You can get around NNID bans by injecting a blank nnidsave.bin using Decrypt9, and you can get around console bans by dumping the secureinfo_A, changing the serial number of your 3DS, and injecting it back in. https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-bypass-nnid-bans-miiverse-online-eshop-etc.417999/

My computer couldn't access Google or Bing or anything (dunno why) and when I tried to search chrome crashed. Time to reinstall

Huh, very strange. Normally, if this happened then every other website would crash you as well. Anyway, that search button will help you a ton (hurr durr thanks sherlock)
