But when I compile I get this error:

Yes, 12.0 just released minutes ago, but it will break emuNAND so you shouldn't update

Updated sysnand works perfectly with A9LH

there is no such thing as 12.0, 11.0.0-33 is still the latest right now.

i checked myself and you are right 12.0 doesnt exist. so i can update every time my sysnand with a9lh? or i must wait to see if this breaks anything?

Just wait for confirmation I'd say a day then you can update .
