It doesn't matter if your wifi is turned off on a N3DS,You can just remove the battery and put it back in and the wifi will be back on.

Just tested and confirmed, I'll update soon.

The two missing titles / TMDs were Face Raiders and AR Games, both of which should not be critical for a working system. Is it possible you uninstalled those earlier? Btw, a simple google search for the title IDs (0004001000020D00 and 0004001000020E00) would have helped you find out yourself.

yeah i searched first on google and i think that app should not be critical for a system so i take that risk
i didnt unistalled these app but the clone nand still working

Small update, OTPHelper v0.87. This is new:

• In One Click Setup, check for sysNAND backup on SD card, and offer doing one if it does not already exist

A japanese n3DS here, at the End of Part 4 "Getting the OTP"
-> SysNAND is on 2.1.0-4J -> booting without SD ok, with booted Home-Menu -> reinsert SD-Card
-> but http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin gives a >404 File not found<.
I think, the reason is, the SD-Card is invisible through the n3DS?
SD-Card is ok, also a second shows the same problem. arm11.bin is in SD root.
How can I solve this?

Hurra, problem solved!
It seems, that in the ASCII character set of the japanese n3DS are two >?< (question mark), and I had selected the false.
Now with the right >?< all is going fine.
That's a weight off my mind.

Im going to install a9lh today but i have a question. I have installed fbi and the homebrew channel to nand. Should i deinstall them before i downgrade to get my otp?

Yesterday i installed a9lh and everything works fine! After systemformat the fbi and homebrewlauncher icon are black so i deinstall them.
