Hacking Injected FBI doesn't work

Hi, I'm trying to inject FBI into the h&s app on my emuNAND. I did all the steps correctly and injected FBI appears on my homescreen, but when I launch it I get an error telling me to turn my 3ds off.
I have tried injecting with multiple versions of FBI with no success whatsoever. I use a J-N3DS.

How did you inject? Can you tell me the steps for archieving this? Are you following pailects's guide for injecting?

Yes, I'm following his guide. Actually, I'm trying to switch from an emuNAND/CFW setup over to a9lh.
I followed the steps as specified in the guide: I dumped the app w/ decrypt9, injected it with the universal-inject-generator shell script and finally injected it back into my emuNAND. The whole process went smoothly.

It sounds like you're booting into a non signature patched NAND.

I am not; I can launch every single CIA I have installed without running into any issues whatsoever.
