I bought a nintendo ds with these cards, which one of these should i use for free games now?

they all got websites printed on the stickers...
so.. did ya try on them?

of course that most websites are down since this is old stuff..
but you can use one of the most usefull resources on the internet and go back in time http://web.archive.org/
that website stores copies of pages, so if you go to a dead link, you can probably find a cached\old version on internet archive.

I did what you told me, and now it says to upgrade me firmware or to download kernel. What should i do? Thanks in advance

Ah that's a DSi.
I don't know, i've never owned a DSi.
Try it. Put the cart in and see if it appears.

It works, thnx for the advice, but i want to ask you does any of these cards work io 3ds? Is it possible to play pokemon x or y with these cards on 3ds?

3ds is a different system.
you can't use any DS flashcart to load 3DS games.

every card you got is a DS MODE flashcart
you can put them on the 3ds, if a screen appears saying error, the card is blacklisted in your 3ds firmware. and there is nothing you can do about right now...

however you can follow the guide on my signature to hack your 3ds and make it able to play "free games"
if you hack your console using the guide on my signature, you can later install a file that will make your console able to play thoose cards

The R4i SDHC Dual-Core will work with the 3DS as well, but only support DS games.Some of the others probably as well.

If I update my dsi to latest version does my r4 card work? Currently im on 1.4E and my r4 card works fine

Just don't update it to be sure. It's not like you're not gonna be able to play games anyways.
