I don't follow. If Nintendo won't change the address, the problem you raise must be about other people feeling cheated online? To be honest, I don't think there are enough people ready to host their exploit, write the code into JGeckoU, enable/disable the hack at every start/end of a race to spoil everybody's experience and create a wave of hate.
Don't underestimate the community. If it gets too well-known and tutorials are everywhere (like on Wii) people will wreak havoc easily. It's arguably not hard to do these few steps.

By releasing the exploit, we've unleashed chaos, potential and enmasse stupidity. Ironically it takes one of the 3 to start the other 2.

Are there any valid reason that texture hacks can't be released to the public? I saw a few on YT but none of them are available for public download.

If anything, they're probably going to release it to the public when Ninty isn't up in arms with the WiiU/3DS and their attention is on the NX

I think we shouldn't post online codes, at least not for now. Nintendo clearly is not able to detect codes, only by looking at desync like they do with splatoon. If the whole thing with the new kernel exploit settled down a bit, maybe yes, but even then it's more of a "do I want other people to suffer"-thing.

smart people doesn't do it
but you can make a xdelta patch or something else ?
depend if the file is bigger, I will not work

Full of unreleased code*
And someone did an already did it, we don't need an another one.
And a team is not necessary.
But do what you want.

Because MrEvil did it doesn't mean he wants to share it amongst other hackers. I can do the same but I want to do more than that. Besides, I don't how his hack works within his gameplay, hence experience.
A team is necessary for people who wouldn't make progress otherwise? You know, like in a community?

You do make sense, however the released speed hack doesn't seem to have ruined the thing yet.

Don't try to search to make a team here.
There is nobody who can make some "MEGA" code execpt some good hacker here, but I don't think they need to be in a team.
And don't try to recruit random people, they just will leak the stuff

They also do it with MK8 items actually, which is why some hacks are broken. But you are right, maybe it's more clever to wait for everything to settle down eventually. Also, if you want item hacks to be harmful online, you'd need the addresses for all 12 players. If only the addresses/code for Player 1 and Player 2 are released, it's virtually useless online as far as MK8 is concerned.

But my original point was, assuming that I do what I want, and item hacks is what I've been doing, I'd like to get in touch with other people who also do what they want, and already do item hacks. Like publicly waving a flag for teaming up. Releasing or not releasing is *not* the question. The question is "Who wants to join, privately?"

I'm not sure what you mean by MEGA code but I have some extensive code here and I didn't need to be a good hacker to write it. I'm not looking for code, I'm looking for hacks, i.e. addresses and mechanism that can affect gameplay. Writing the code is the easy part.
Thanks for the warning, you're absolutely right.

Try to make this when the WiiU will be dead.

Almost 1 year after the NX

People have been doing texture mods on PC since forever, why is it considered illegal on Wii U?
It can be illegal on the WiiU too.
WUD are illegal, but it's a thing about the WiiU.

The texture are in the bfres (model file)
Nintendo stuff = Illegal to share, because copyright.
(Like ROM's and ISO's)
