upscaling of internal resolution shouldnt be possible yet due to its hacky nature,and to answer your question it would affect performance depending how high you upscaled the resolution because with wii emulation you can upscale to 8k but ive never seen a pc capable of running that at a decent fps of any kind, but window sizing/display scaling should be added in the
next Patreon Build

Honestly, at this point I actually feel as though it may not be as bad to leave links of Cemu up anymore?... I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm super against downloading a Patreon version if you aren't a Patreon, but it's not exactly like anyone would be able to use it properly after the serial gets disabled

they can use it fine in verified mode
they just have to block the apps internet access or just disable internet for the pc

But I don't think that it come for 1.4.2, but only in the next patreon version

Inside the loadiine file is a .rpx which is located inside the codes folder. Done.
But take note that most games can't boot in Cemu.
