I have no idea... i only use ` and ~ it also has an extra key beside Zhe, what are the combinations?
usually is:
press key for bottom left character
press shift+key for top character
press control+alt+key (alt Gr is both controll and alt in 1) for bottom right character

it's not imported as far as i know.. it's one of those keyboards that come default with prebuilt lenovo desktops, and i got it second handi got a similair key next to z, but its the < and >
fif you import your keyboard?
not showing up the correct characters means you selected the wrong language (in the language bar) for it
