Hacking Can I update H&S FBI by re-injection?

Lost my original HS.app, I was wondering if I could extract the HS.app that already has FBI on my 3DS and inject it with the new FBI. Would this cause errors? Or what do you think is the best way to modify H&S again?

I've tried.Certainly u can do it.Just dump and inject like u used to do that.
