Thanks was fun adding the menu, and should lead to some cool features I have planned for the future.

The code doesn't have any sort of Unicode support, only basic ASCII. This leads to some odd looking characters for the time being, but it shouldn't break anything

They are dumped using FunkyCIA I believe, from people who have bought the content.

Nope. FunKeyCIA (PC version of the Angel) can dump these using a certain flag + encTitleKeys.bin (which is generated using Decrypt9). You still need the content bought of course.

There's only one complaint, which is that the search function is abysmal. Searched "Super Mario" and Super Metroid was the first result. "Animal" leads to games like PAC-MAN, Rayman, Baseball, Shantae, and Hulu... not Animal Crossing. Hell, even searching Pornhub gives me Youtube, Shantae, Ikachan, and Hulu.

search is not for predicitve text, it's to help with spelling mistakes
soon, typing super will make super mario appear, don't worry

there is so much more to worry about rather than é, i could make the wings file without it, but then there are still all the japanese names, which will need to be done manually to be meaningful.
after a while, i think people will use an editor and rename some games to have all 'english' names.
it would be cool to use unifon... just for browsing and display purposes, then we could show jaoanese titles.
because, if we rename japanese animal crossing, would it be tobidase! doubutsu no mori... or jump out animal forest? or animal crossing new leaf?

so, manual renames based on each situation will need to be done, i think this will be done by users, hopefully

So um... this might be a dumb question, but where do the wings need to be located? I tried the root of the SD card, but no matter what I search (tried pokemon, zelda, mario, the letter a) I don't get any results.

i'll add a check to the program that warns you if it's not there.

Hopefully, I see what you mean but what if the users are too lazy? I think keeping the "Animal Crossing New Leaf (JPN)" is fine. I feel that no one will manually edit it if they are just going to install it once...

Thanks! I recall someone saying it had to be at the root, but I was wrong. Adding a notice inside the program would be really useful!

It's in the github here: "Place wings.json file in sd:/CIAngel/ - in CIAngel, press L to enter search mode, type name of game, then select the result's number you want"

keeping? that is not keeping, that is changing, the games name at the moment (whether we have it or not) is the full real japanese name.
and that rename to how you like would need to be done manually, i don't want to type every game out
