Hi! So I've recently downgraded my device to firmware 9.2. As of now, I've been having issues visiting dream towns and using other online services. Any clues on bypassing that?

I think they mean the Upgrade nag. (You need a newer version of the system)

OP, after you've setup an EmuNAND/A9LH (and follow each step EXACTLY!) you can safely upgrade your EmuNAND/A9LH install to 10.7.

You can also use HANS to boot the game with firmware spoofing if you want to do that.
