Hacking GH 5 (and other GH/RB games) dlc now that servers are shut down?

sorry if this has been asked before, but is it possible to get all the dlc for the RB/GH games now that the servers are shut down? I know you used to be able to get wads and then download them from the shop, but I assume you would have to do something else now right? I would check myself but I dont actually have a nintendo wii yet, im considering getting a wii and 2 wii motes + 2 guitars, as all of that will cost me the same as a single ps3 guitar thatll work with GH5 and GH warriors of rock

Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Pay & Play is a different service than Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

None of the WFC Pay & Play DLC works for me anymore. Only stuff from the eShop. Samba di Amigo just gives a network error.

As for external DLC it all depends on the company that produced the game.

the dlc from GH 3-5 wasnt nintendo pay and play, as far as im aware, it was actually servers hosted by activision and the download service thing was shut down, even on xbox and ps3 where all or most online services are still functional, the old GH dlc is not avilible
