well thats funky. Do you have an older NAND backup? Load that and see if it disappears (or triples xP).

But you can't install system cias using devmenu. It installs to the Nintendo 3ds folder and not to the NAND. Next time, use sysupdater.
I updated many emunand with just BBM and it work well...

Are they eshop downloads? Or CIA install? If the latter, just reinstall them :)

Well, that's the sacrifice you may have to do, if your titles are duplicate and not working, I'm afraid. :(
Advice: The next time you want to update your emunand, just use the system settings update function. CIA update install might have corrupted your emunand for some reason.

i can't use system setting because my internet is very low and it take many time :(

devmenu automatically detects whether a .cia needs to be installed to nand or sd.

? yes you can. lol - and it doesn't force stuff to install to sd card, or whatever you think.
the cia installs to where the cia is supposed to install to. sd or nand, that information is specified within the cia.
next time, don't tell people wrong information.
devmenu works fine.
