Hardware Older arcade jasper model showing one red light after jtaging

I picked up a jtaged 360 just now no problems and after I used it for 2 hours playing some halo 3, I get a red light with no error message I can still play the game I am in the middle of and get this light I can still restart it and it will go away then comes on again, I am not familiar with the error it's not overheating. I would like to know how to fix it because it's making me nervous a little now.

@DinohScene help it gave me a black screen while playing a game just a min ago. Fans are starting to kick up now..what gives?

It probably have a cold solderjoint under the GPU/CPU/HANA/RAM
You might be able to reflow it (won't fix it permanently) or reball (permanently)

I don't think it's the JTAG connection it self (unless it magically shorts somewhere...)

Oh great I might as well go out and buy a slim then this keeps happening even when it's horizontal (not sure if it makes any difference) not even an hour now.. black screen before the red glowing light.

Remove the HDD and try booting it it again and play without the HDD again.

But some of my games and backups are on it will it still have the jtag?

Yep, you still have the JTAG, you just make sure the HDD isn't failing.

Okay well hope it isn't but I did go out and buy a slim s model which was has mgr date of 09-2011 (I believe this is also a hackable one yes?) in case this one keeps giving me problems.

Yep, CR4XL is needed + NAND-X (don't think it's a Corona so you don't need a SD R/W kit)
