Gaming JP Pokemon CIA on other 3DS region (PAL), mystery gift?

Not sure someone asked this before but if I would install a japanese CIA on EMUnand (rxtools) would I be able to obtain some of the japanese events through mystery gifts? Thank you.

Pokemon XY and ORAS are the exact same game regardless of which region you think you're downloading. The only way you'd be able to redeem Japanese Mystery Gifts would be to region-swap an emuNAND and stick the CIA on there.

Could NTR language emulation be an option, I've read few things about it.

I think I remember trying it and it not working, but it's not exactly hard to setup so give it a shot ^^

Doesn't work that way.

The Pokemon games are effectively the same rom, but with different region headers.
If you bypass the region block, it'll follow the region of your 3DS.

To do what you say you want to do,
Use NTR CFW.

The language emulation plugin also emulates region, so it helps you connect to other region network for mystery gifts
