Hacking Bricked TWL_FIRM ?

Hi,

Just finished Plailect guide, and I'm on a CFW SysNAND 10.6 with a9lh and CakesFW.
Everything works fine, except the DS Mode.

I'm getting a black screen when I'm trying my legit DS cards, and also when I start the DS Download mode.
But the DS profile settings can be modified without problem.

I wanted to patch the TWL_FIRM to try some old DS flashcard, but I'm not sure it will help.

Any ideas ?

You have to download the right TWL_FIRM, the file is different for old 3ds and new 3ds. Search on that iso site twl_firm patched for old 3ds. I think it's a 0004013800000102.cia file... (install this file with FBI)

Make sure your Cakes is not configured to use the "Survive reboots when launching some titles" patch, as that breaks DS and GBA modes.
