Does AuReiNAND allow you to access both sysNAND and emuNAND even with a9lh?

yup. hold L boots to sysnand.

Well.. you can access sysNAND with a9hl, you just need to use @Shadowtrance's payload.

I know reinand works with this as does cakes if you compile his build that works with a9lh but aureinand doesn't work I don't think as I haven't seen a source to compile to get the payload to load it with a9lh.

i havent seen the source posted either. aurora gave a link in irc after figuring out a way to fix it. but to build yourself all you need is the patch to start.s from reinand, and then add -O2 to the makefiles cflags. I also commented out loadsplash from main.c, since that was mentioned for getting reinand to work.

Oh,well I don't know how to do that or compile the a9lh.3dsx, guess I'll have to have someone do those for me after grabbing my otp whenever I decide to downgrade.

Have you messed with TWL_FIRM in the past? I think that's why mine failed to boot.
EDIT 1: I'll update this if I find out where I slopped up.
I'm embarrassed, but wiser.

That shouldn't brick your system. That only affects the DS(I) mode of the 3DS. So the worse that'll do is break DS games.

I had no issues. Have aur reinand booting to sysnand 10.6 no emunand. Everything works like stock. I dont download games i like having access to homebrew, without triggering exploits. All my ambassador games work as well mainly minish cap.

Mine did work finally. I had to regenerate the XORpads because apparently mine were not okay.

The OTP file is in your system not in emunand and we can't take it in >3.x FW, so, you are obliged to downgrade your 3ds in 2.1 for dump. Don't worry, it's very easy if you follow the tutorial

I thought EMUNAND was an extract replica of Sysnand.....

The OTP is already locked by the time you boot emunand
