So is there something I am missing.
I am on 9.4-21U O3ds
I have my boot.3dx in the root.
I have tried using the QR code.
I tried going manually to the url.
I tried added a ? and random characters to the end.
I tried "init Save data" in browser
I tried having my wifi off during restart
I tried changing my DNS.
I tried clicking the slider on every side and middle
I tried not touching the screen, until i click the slider.
I tried restarting the 3ds.

So, I also tried every combination of the above.

I always get "an error has occurred". That is it.

Browser hax has an incredibly low boot rate some people more than others. There really isn't a trick that is generally accepted by everyone so you have to find your own of you can. What works for my 2DS is letting the page load, scrolling as far as you can into the slider and tapping on it quickly until the bottom screen turns yellow, then I quickly stop and pray that it doesn't error out.

Yeah there's been a few people that were in the same boat as you. Just keep deleting your history and cookies and keep trying. For some people I think it took then like 50+ tries to get it once. After you get it, install menuhax!!! I can't stress this enough. Get it it'll make your life a lot easier.

Are you using the QR from the browserhax page?? Try the one I attached

Like @einhuman197 said, you should tap on the complete right end of the slider

YES,the same problem with me

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Maybe somethins wrong with the browsrthax on OLD 3DS??????

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Please note that Old3DS-browserhax is much more unstable starting with 10.4.0-29. When it fails at an orange-screen(or afterwards) native code is already running, therefore there's nothing more you can do other than rebooting the system and trying again. Hence, as already said above installing other hax from here is highly recommended. See here regarding crashes/hangs/screen-colors.

I have never seen any colors. So, that sucks for me.

Interesting... this is the second thread today that talked about browserhax flat out not working. I just tried it and it doesn't work for me either (9.2). There actually may be something wrong. I wonder if Nintendo did something.

Eh we don't know if it's from Nintendo. I remember recently that yellows8 was having some problem with keeping browserhax up so it could just be one of those phases. We won't know until smea announces something (if he will, could just be us).

On Sunday I was seeing colors, and always crashed at orange, and now, nothing! Just a crash on the slider.

Yeah O3DS Browserhax has a super low success rate. I was setting up CFW on my friends O3DS and Browserhax was the only homebrew entry point we had access to. I went a good 2 hours with it not launching one of the times I had to use it.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be that this time. Too many people have reported it to just fail outright for it to be a "low success rate". I usually have a 5/10 boot rate and a 9/10 chance of getting a yellow screen at least. I can't even get a yellow screen anymore. There's like a 90% chance something's wrong and until someone says, "hey I got browserhax working", this isn't because of a low boot rate.

It very well could be, but to be fair, they have a right to step in at any time. It's their system and we're exploiting it. While homebrew on its own can be harmless, what you can do with it isn't always, so if Nintendo was able to do something, then I guess props to them.
