i'am a big fan of summon night 1 & 2. finish the game 5 or 6 years ago. but i've just found out that there is a third game, and found out that this game has problem with no english translation. since i cant undestand japanese translation. i search for the english translation. and found this discusion.
i am not a programer not even a hacker. i hope you guys can finish patching this game soon. and thanks alot for pablitox, for keep doin it for years.
we are rooting for you guys.

Any more updates guys? I've been waiting for years, so I'm really excited to see such great progress on this. Pablitox, I've been watching you guys at work, and I'm really glad to see how committed you are to this project. It's too bad oil_ dropped off the face of the earth. He could have at least said he couldn't do it, rather than lead people on. I guess something good did happen from that project, because now we have a largely translated script right. I wonder what the ETA would be.

It's been a while since I posted here. I apologize, I've been kinda busy lately. There's been a bit of progress going on but I couldn't make a post until now. I can't give a ETA for now because it depends on the programmer, maybe he can answer this one. Anyway, so far the tools are progressing smothly, a lot of testing and bug fixing has been done so the tools can export the script files correctly. You can thank earth for that, he's doing the bulk of the job.

This is more or less the format the extracted script will have. Once the whole script has been extracted with this format (there are ~1000 files), comes the insertion with the translated script, which shouldn't take more.

Thanks for sticking up, it'll take a while, but don't worry, it's still being worked on!

fixed the script file, now you can see the japanese characters.

Do you guys have a github repository this is all being saved to?
We don't have one. I've asked earth and he told me he'd wait for the script format to be completed, for that he's running some tests to see it is working properly.

Had to make an account just for this quote, I've been following the 3 forum posts on this game for about..4 years? and 2 years ago i told my friends "SOON!!!" and now they ridicule me cause its 2 years later, but your post just had me in tears and im looking forward immensely to this game coming out, as all others have said, the appreciation is reaching galactic levels
 
I'm very excited and have been looking forward to see this game's final english patch!
