you didn't installed AuReinand for arm9loaderhax. it can't boot without it.

no way to do a partial upgrade then. Your only option at the moment is with a hard mod.

Unless I'm misunderstanding, he didn't get that far yet. He simply downgraded and can't turn it on to dump the OTP.

CIA devmode on the latest release, the .3dsx is really unstable but the CIA has had a 100% rate of allowing me in and Is more stable and seems to work most of the time unless bad pack, I only would use the .3dsx if you have frankenfirmware and you need to repair it that way or are going from 9.3-10.3 to 9.2
