CIA devmode on the latest release, the .3dsx is really unstable but the CIA has had a 100% rate of allowing me in and Is more stable and seems to work most of the time unless bad pack, I only would use the .3dsx if you have frankenfirmware and you need to repair it that way or are going from 9.3-10.3 to 9.2

I used Roxas75's 2.5.2 build and launched through spider and used the devmode option with FBI injected over after format, I think NNID might have some weird thing on downgrade, and installed Sysupdater then downgraded using the 2.1 pack

ARM9LOADERHAX INSTALL: SUCESS!

Setup: N3DSXL - USA VERSION - sysNAND 9.2 / emuNAND 10.6 reiNAND with Coldboot + Menuhax NO HARDMOD.
Downgrade Process:
1- emuNAND 10.6 reiNAND downgrade to 2.1 with sysUpdater.cia installed on it via FBI: Bricked 2.1 Emunand
2.- sysNAND restore of "repaired" 2.1 bricked emuNAND
3.- got OTP
4.- Restored everything back up
5- Compiled my own arm9loaderhaxinstaller.3dsx / some problems installing PyCrypto since I didn't know there was an x64 version of pyton 2.7 so PyCrypto didn't recognize it and refused to install... installed x64 Pyton 2.7 everything worked like a charm!
6.- ????
7.- PROFIT!

I feel it's more scary running that 3dsx than downgrading the console to 2.1.

The 3dsx is THE riskiest step. IMHO.

I already posted my results way earlier, but can confirm this.
Getting OTP is a simple, albeit time-consuming process. It's got enough safety measures in it that all but one place it can fail, it won't brick.
A9LH you have to compile and run blindly. Not fun.
Here's hoping that we get the supposed updater at some point, that doesn't need manual compiling and just replaces the NAND payload.

Yeah, you need to put a cfw such as aureinand and its respective arm9loaderhax.bin payload on it.
With no payload, the 3ds just shuts off instantly every try. That actually likely means you did everything right so far, and arm9loaderhax itself is installed.
