Hacking System Transfer SysNAND to emuNAND

I have an old 3ds with emunand 10.5 and new 3ds 10.5 sysnand can i do a system transfer

So in that case, since I botched the hard mod on my wife's O3DS XL, when the replacement O3DS XL gets here I can get it on emuNand 10.5 which will match her current sysNand and do a transfer from current sysNand to "new" emuNand and I will be able to transfer her AC save so she doesn't lose Stitches and rip off my head? (She seriously loves that little bear)
