Would you mind telling me how you got it to work? I've been trying to get the dt and ls files extracted forever now but I keep getting errors from Python over and over again.

you have to put DTLS files in the romfs_ folder then hold shift and right click on an empty space in the romfs_ folder then paste the code

I have a text file which contains all the 5 bytes for each character including DLC. One thing is that I found the bytes for all 3 miis (Gunner, Fighter, Sword) but not for that CSS Slot that has all 3 of them in one.

how do i get this in saltysd to use online?

You have to edit the ui_character_db.bin using HexEditor

I looked at the file for the dlc characters and I can't find the value for the characters nor can I find the updated ui character file. Is it ui_character_db.bin? I looked in it and can't find the values you posted.

Thanks for the reply, but it still isn't working for me unfortunately. I uploaded a picture of the error that I keep getting here, so if you or anyone else has any idea what may be causing this problem, I'd really appreciate it.

It's like loading textures. You just create the same path that leads to ui_character_db.bin in salty sd

Make sure that the ui_character_db.bin is from update 1.1.4, and not 1.0.0

How do I add a character to the dlc page like if I want to add Mario what would i edit/add?
