thank you all so i successfully downgraded to 9.2 by the way rooting an android is way easier than this..... so guys help me out because im starting to feel dumb here. i know how to get into homebrew launcher and i also figured out how to startup homebrew with L bumper but OMGGG everything is just so hard for me.im using this guide https://gbatemp.net/threads/the-easy-complete-comprehensive-cfw-guide-for-everyone.408685/ ....... but my god its long and im not really sure what im doing so i stopped before i messed something up..........


So this is what i want and have no idea how to do it.....
1.i want to play pokemonnnn so badlyyy
2.i want homebrew as a channel not as a start up option.....(like on my wii, the homebrew has its own channel)
3.how in the world do i install CIA!!!1
4.i also read i need to make a partition on my sd so i dont update by mistake??? so i can have 9.2 on one partition and i can be able to update on another so i can have the besto of 2 worlds??
5. not that much of a priority but nice themes and emulators but i dont mind emulators that much because i have a tablet full of all imaginable emulators in this world ahahhaha lol


so some PLEASE HELP ME ....and if they can make it dummy proof becuase right now im the dummy lol

Let's take it 1 step at time and not to overwhelm OP. First thing you should do is down grade your 9.4 to 9.2.

Downgrade to 9.2. You can find the files on "That ISO Site" or on someone's certain MEGA account. Email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.

You have to install rxTools, which is a CFW (you already know that) to do that you have to follow this tutorial

Before you get into this remember that this will delete all data(and I really don't know how to recover it and I never really cared to).

Ok good and this forum will not hold any responsibility for any bricks. Also you should look at "auto-booting" rxTools. So much easier!

1- Install them using Big Blue Menu or FBI , I'd recommend you to use BBM , but you'll have to Google it as its copyrighted

2- you can install them using a pack of cias or get CHMM2 (Custom home Menu Manager 2) , it's a free homebrew that allows you to use custom made themes ; and the best of all is that you can download them directly from the app itself

3- install menuhax

... The triple post is unreal XD. Just set up "auto-boot" so you "auto-boot" into rxTools
And then once into emuNAND go and install the CIA's there!

EDIT: also it should say this in the tutorial but just Incase remember to install CtrBootManager
