Hacking Downgrading N3DS E

Hello.
I have N3DS E with version 10.3 and I want to downgrade it. I have some questions.
1.I tried to downgrade before and I got an error of missing cia with the same pack file at the first time, which lead to incompatible downgrade. the wired thing is that the MD5 check file is good and also the sha1 and I also checked the pack with SafeSysupdater and it said that everything seems good. is it okey to use those files again?
2.I know there are a lot of SysUpdater kinds, which one is the safest and which one I need to use?
3.Something else I need to know/do/follow to increase the rate of successfully downgrade?

1: if they checked out fine on SSU and you know you have the correct files, yes.

2: I use Julians SysUpdater, works first time every time.

3: No 10.3 is where you want to be, go for it.

No idea, i just followed the guides here and other people said the same. SafeSU wont let you brick your console essentially.

Which sysupdater (exactly) you used?

For me, I had the same error as you, and tried a bunch of times without success. Finally, I found this video:



It's un-explainable, but spamming those buttons (as described in the video) finally got both of my friend's 3DSes to downgrade. It's worth a try.

Well, you shouldn't need formatting if you previously formatted and didn't touch anything.

I formatted a 20 minutes old N3dsxl before downgrading. It downgraded well. Call me paranoid if you wish.

i use sysupdater safesysupdater crashed half way once with error has occur please press power button blah blah blah so i don't really trust it.
