Where can I find that version?
I thought it was this one https://github.com/svanheulen/downgrade_check/releases
But that appears to be the one you used, so I have no idea. I've seen other people use a different one.
With the other checker, there are usually a few titles that mismatch. The Amiibo module (because it didn't exist in 9.2) and some other titles that aren't included in the 9.2 pack for n3DS but the ones from the o3DS pack can be used instead.
You can find more info about that here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/potential-reason-for-random-errors-on-n3ds-after-downgrading.410075/
The titles in your screenshot match with the USA amiibo settings, DSP and GPIO modules. The two N/A aren't listed, maybe the tool you used doesn't check for them.

Edit: @Chii-chan This is the right version: https://gbatemp.net/threads/potenti...after-downgrading.410075/page-10#post-6006406

@The Real Jdbye I still have no clue which of the (Safe)sysUpdaters is best. I've already run a check on the .CIA's (all green) but sysUpdater is still something that worries me.

I currently have these in my folder:

SafeSysUpdater.3dsx-08.zip from https://gbatemp.net/threads/wip-safesysupdater.409392/
sysUpdater-0.4.2b-libkhax-SAFEMODE-priority.zip (julian20) from https://gbatemp.net/threads/simple-guide-to-downgrading-your-3ds.407888/page-95#post-5923820

but i've also seen people recommend sysUpdater 0.4.2b by profi200 found @ https://github.com/profi200/sysUpdater/releases

Using sysUpdater-0.4.2b-libkhax-SAFEMODE-priority.zip, after a few unsuccessful runs (wasn't able to get CIA information) and some black screens it's now running 9.2.0-20E :3

There's a homebrew I keep hearing about that validates the downgrade, loook into it. STAT.
